Terms and Conditions "Black Week"

As part of the Black Week promotion, Guests can book their stay with a 30% discount for the low season and a 20% discount for the high season, valid for stays in 2026 at Ruciane Park Resort.
The high season is defined as the period from June 26, 2026, to August 31, 2026, as well as long weekends (May Day, Corpus Christi), public holidays, and New Year’s Eve.
The low season is defined as the period from January 1 to June 25 and from September 1 to December 31, excluding long weekends (May Day, Corpus Christi), public holidays, and New Year’s Eve.

Payment for the booking must be made via the online payment gateway within 72 hours from the time the reservation is placed.
A payment link will be sent to the Guest by email to the address provided during the booking process.
The payment link remains active for 72 hours from the moment the reservation is made and the link is received.
The stay reservation is considered confirmed once the full payment (100% of the booking amount) is received and recorded by the resort.
The promotion is time-limited and valid from November 24, 2025, to November 30, 2025, at 23:59:59.
It is subject to availability, depending on the selected 2026 dates.
Reservations are processed on a first-paid, first-served basis - the order of payments received determines booking priority.
This promotion is refundable, meaning Guests may cancel their stay and receive a 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival.
Changing the booking date is possible by converting the reservation into a voucher equal to the paid amount. The voucher can be used for a stay in another 2026 period.
If the new stay has a higher value than the voucher, the Guest must pay the difference before arrival.
Changing the booking date is allowed no later than 7 days before arrival.
Ruciane Park Resort reserves the right to change the stay date only in the event of a technical failure that prevents accommodation on the originally booked date.
