During classes, she creates for you a safe space that facilitates the meeting with "yourself" on the mat, listening to the signals from the body, and learning how to consciously respond to them. Additionally, she is a beautician and a masseuse of KOBIDO Japanese facial lifting, who will advise you on how to take care of your beauty and improve your well-being at home.
