25–27 September – follow the trail of Mazury's forest treasures. Join us for a traditional mushroom picking adventure, learn how to prepare homemade preserves during culinary workshops, and enjoy cozy evenings around a lakeside bonfire.

• This weekend, Food Port Restaurant presents a special mushroom-inspired menu. The concept has been created by Umili's culinary creator, Chef Maciej Jeleń – a talented chef with extensive international experience, a master of flavor composition, and a passionate culinary artist. Drawing inspiration from traditional recipes and combining them with his own creative vision and bold flavor contrasts, Chef Jeleń has prepared a menu celebrating the flavors of the forest. We especially recommend trying the wild mushroom soup with roasted potato and homemade sourdough starter, as well as the beef stroganoff with wild mushrooms, steamed yeast dumpling, and sour cream.
