16-18 October: spend this weekend immersed in the authentic flavors of Masuria! Discover local traditions, learn about fish preparation and fishing, and enjoy the true taste of the region. The youngest guests can take part in themed activities and workshops, while everyone can enjoy a whole lake full of attractions!

• Masurian cooking workshops with Chef Maciej Jeleń - Umili’s flavour creator. You’ll learn techniques for preparing game and fish, the rules for handling them, and ways to pair them with seasonal herbs, forest ingredients, and local products. During the workshops we’ll cook a wild game goulash soup in a cast-iron pot and prepare fish spreads and bites. It’s a culinary journey inspired by the nature of Masuria, where traditional recipes meet a modern approach to cooking and every dish tells the story of the region.
